Default replacing leather

My frost leather seats are wearing pretty bad. I want to replace them with black since my car is CS and the frost leather is close to the same shade. How would I go about replacing them? Can I just buy leather seat covers off of another Z and and just replace the covers or will it not work that way. I need help.

I have seen it done with covers, a completely new seat, or redoing the entire seat or a portion thereof in leather. We are having the seats redone in top grade Italian leather. Various colors to match the car for show purposes. We are using a high end trim shop. There are all types of upholstery trim shops check some out in your area, get multiple prices, view some of their work and hire the shop that does the quality job you are looking for.

I wouldn't do it myself.
