To take out the stereo or Not! (no stereo interiors) *pic*
Well Guy's the bad thing about being deployed is that you get to spend alot of time with the "Good idea fairy"
The "Good idea fairy" and I have been talking, and I am considering getting rid of the stereo equipment and putting some nice gages instead. Everytime I drive my car, I dont turn the stereo on, I just love the way the car sounds.
What do you guys / gals think?? Keep it or 86 it?
Also if you have a no stereo interior, please post your pics!
Here is what my stereo looks like?

Here is mine. My car is pretty stripped out, and I needed somewhere to mount some more gauges (already have a 3 pod a piller unit full). So might as well lose some weight while I was at it...
Those are prosport water temp/oil temp gauges before anyone asks.
BTW, before the stereo delete I was running a full system including a Pioneer AVIC D2 nav system... heres what it looks like. And to quote that song, "I aint missing you at all"
stay safe brother

Did you make that bracket to mount the gagues in one of your double din, or did you buy it that way?
Thats looks very good an I like the way its angled towards the driver?
