Default Smoked Tail Lights.

I was thinking about doing it to my Black Z
But the problem is, i don't know who or where to go to get it done.
Some people say you can just.. spray paint the inside black?

Little help please =)

Thanks.

I knew a guy once, who had painted the outside of the light. He told me that started out with a light coating and kept adding until desired level was reached. Looked good. I don't even remember his name. He came on a mountain run once with us, but never saw him again. Doesn't seem to post here either. But it's an idea. I really liked it and still would like to have it done.

Tint is a good route. Had it once, loved it. But over a couple months the edges started to lift.

Do overlays, don't go permanent because you are going to get over that look real quick.

Million post on this topic!! Search is your friend here.

I used nightshades paint by VHT, just google it and you will find many threads on the topic. In NM it is supposed to be illegal, I have no problems with the cops, 1 stopped me to ask how I did it.

This is permanent, so I bought a set of used tail lights on eBay just in case, they have been in storage for approx 20 months

That is like saying you will get tired of pu$$Y, you might get tired of a single pu$$y. But I hope you never get tired of all the pu$$y out there to be had.

Maybe in Ca. where every other car has the smoked tail lights it gets old, but where I live very few cars have this look.
