Default Experiences with LSAuto.com?

Has anyone here ever dealt with LSAuto.com?

I ordered a lexan rear window for my carbon fiber hatch off their website back on Nov 12th. Never got any sort of order confirmation or invoice. Since I figured its a made-to-order product, I gave them a couple weeks before inquiring via email about the status of my order on Nov 26th. Kevin from LS Auto responded that they had received my order and that it would ship that week. I sent another email on Dec 7th asking if it had shipped yet, but never got an answer. I just sent another email today.

Just wondering if this is standard operating procedure for them. I am not too fired up about it yet, but I guess I will probably have to initiate a paypal dispute if I dont get some sort of shipping info, or at least an explanation. Which would suck, cause I really want that damn window... lol. Damn I hate dealing with sellers who arent vendors on this site.

i ordered mine from ls some time in nov and emailed them for a tracking number thurs... they emailed me back the other day with a tracking number and it's in VA now, just not here yet...it didn't ship out till dec 10th or 11th so maybe they were just behind on some stuff. I never got anything confirmation from them either so i emailed them just to make sure everything was ok

^ Cool, good to know. Like I said I am not all bent out of shape about it, given the nature of the item and the fact that LS Auto is part of a drift team that is probably very busy.

Yep, this was the main reason I stopping carrying their lexan windows. I was waiting up to 3-4 weeks for them to get made. I gave Kevin a call but got no answer. He dropped off 3 lexan rear window kits for us not 2 weeks ago.

Still havent heard anything from Kevin

I am going to give them until Jan 1 to answer me (or the part to come in) and then I'll go ahead and start the paypal dispute.

Glad to hear yours came 350zWarz... Do you remember what day exactly you ordered?

350zWarz, did you get any hardware with yours like it said on the website? Mine was just the window.

I figured. I plan on using bolts so it will be easy to remove.
