Shaved Emblem
I shaved my emblem by cutting out the resesed piece moving it forward and using a procedure called plastic welding to attach th piece back to the car. This was done so that I only had to use a thin skim coat of filler. This way I never have to worry about cracking or a big chunk of filler falling off the car. This is what I came up with.

Shave it off... It looks a lot cleaner. If you want you can just put the emblem back on on top later on... Just make sure the body shop knows what they are doing..
