they were mostly in different years, as they were trying to improve the car, they ran into other problems...to the best of my knowledge:

tire feathering - some 2003-2004.5 on stock tires
tranny issues - some 2003-2004 had very notchy transmissions
oil consumption - some 2005.5-2006 (mostly 2006, and there's a test that can be done to detect if you have the problem)
gas fillup - all years. i don't really see this as an issue, 20 gallons is a huge tank, so even if you just ignored your reserve, F to E is about 15 or 16 gallons, which also isn't bad.
window grease streaking - from what i've heard, this is relatively easy to fix, and is only a small population of cars that have this
clutch issues - ???
