When you turn the ignition on or hit 20mph and when you turn it off? Other Nissans and Hondas I have had do this, but the Z doesn't. I can't find any info on the forum about it either. Any help would be great!

 

isnt that mainly for cars that might carry kids?
with the Z, you can pretty much tell the person next to you:
"Hey Tim, dont open the door when im driving, okay?"

But I like to have to doors locked when driving through a city that I'm not familiar with, and having to manually lock them each time I start driving can become a hassle. Just my .02
