Any of the Seibon hoods will work good in that price range. Another option you can do is have a body shop do a custom hood to replicate the Nismo RS. This is bvershage's 350Z that Intense Motorsports did the custom vents on his OEM hood....

What kind of FI?

For your budget I'd also consider doing some RS style cutouts or just designing your own cutouts.

If you haven't condsidered other cooling mods, personally, there are other mods you can do for $600 that would help more than a vented hood. Especially if you don't wanna be "to showy".

^True. I think 750 should get you just about every cooling mod available.
300 for Radiator
180 for Hoses
150 for Thermostat
150 for Oil Cooler

so I assume a body shop can cut those vents without having to repaint? If they have to prep and repaint, so much for saving any money over a carbon hood.

I would say depending on how careful they are cutting it would depend on need of repainting...

Depends on the body shop! Even if you are going to have the hood repainted, you still get the quality and fitment of an OEM product, as well as keeping the OEM hood latch! Even trade, IMO!
