fren14 -- Are the 2006 headlights stock units, how much do they cost. did you paint them yourself. If so how did you take them apart, what was needed to remove and reseal the cover. What did you use to prep and paint the inside. Ive seen them painted black and i would like to do that. (after a buy a 350Z) ha ha

^^ There are good write ups in the DIY section if you intend to do everything yourself. Some of things I've read are a little off from my personal preference, but it'll more than likely get the job done.
The performance between the two styles of lights is almost night and day. More so if you add the clear lens mod. 06+ lights are often double or triple the cost of the 03-05 and for good reason.
