Default Burnt orange door panel piece....

I realize that having an '03, my door panels don't have this piece circled in red in the picture. BUT....does anyone know if it's a simple, take off the door panel, drill some holes, and screw it on from the back?? Or is the whole door panel shaped different from an '03? I ask this cause i'm thinking of buying the burnt orange ones from theZstore.com that are already covered and ready to put on. Thanks!!! If anyone has a close up of where that panel meets the arm rest, i'd appreciate it!! Thanks!!

I attatched a pic of my door panel for comparison.

I don't see why they wouldn't. The doors are shaped exactly the same.

The problem i think i'm gonna run into is that it looks like part of that strip goes between the armrest and the door. Which would mean i'd have to pull back the leather on my armrests and cut a notch in the plastic which is way more then i want to do. LOL If anyone had a close up of that area on an '06 door panel i'd sure appreciate it!!
