How was it shipped? I would fine a claim IMMEDIATELY with the shipping Co. unless the shipper stated it was damaged before it was shipped.

Cracked resins.
If this is brand new, I'd get it replaced.

Where did you get the lip? Private or a company? Contact the seller and make sure it was in brand new condition when they sent the item. I'm assuming it was brand new. I would then do what was stated above, immediately file a claim with the shipping company.

I've already filed claims with shipping companies due to damaged goods and it's usually a relatively easy process.

Good luck trying to get a fast resollution from Seibon... Wonder what the excuse will be this time...

-Buyers fault; shoulda refused shipment.
-Out of C*****LTD's hands, have to deal with manufacturer in China.
-Buyer damaged the hood because C*****LTD personally inspects all items before shipment, and was undamaged at that time.

OP, I feel for you.

File a claim with the carrier ASAP as conceiled damage. I dont think you bought it from us, so I'd suggest calling the shop you bought it from the make sure they are aware of the damages and claim you are filing.

Good luck

Sorry to hear about your lip. I agree to contact the carrier ASAP, plus notify the seller.

There is to much spider cracks to fix. I know my cf seibon lip is tuff. Took a hit from some steel on the fwy. It gave it some spider cracks but i was able to fix them <time consuming process.
Wish you luck in getting it resolved
