Modding driver seat height
Anyone know if it's possible to modify the height of a stock Z driver seat.
Reason is I'm 6' 8", but my head scratches the roof liner and my thighs rub against the steering wheel. Basically, I would want to fit better if I considered buying one.
Has anybody modified the seat so it sits lower, or even replaced the seat all together with something different that rides lower?
Let me know, I'd love to get my clutches on one of these cars.

Im not sure but I have a little story that goes with your height.
Interesting topic..I have a good friend thats 6'8". This weekend I said "Alright man lets give this a shot. I read of forums guys 6'6" can fit in a Z lets see if your big mof*uckin' *** will fit in the drivers side. I dropped the seat as low as I could, tilted the back up to about a 90 degree angle and moved it back as far as it would go, and lifted the steering wheel to the max as well. He's like " LOL, that aint gonna happen." 10 seconds later hes like, "WTF, I fit...All he said now is the steering wheel just needs to come a little closer to him just so hes nice and comfy. hes like 320 lbs. Im only 5'11" thats why I had to see if he fit.
we both agreed that auto would be the only way he could drive it. But yea his head was rubbin the top of the car.

Yup, 1" lower would help me out alot but I really dont need to be spending the money for a racing seat. It would be ideal if it could be used with the stock seat and took the hight down by at least 1".
