Yeah man, I was really excited about that.
As far as making it clean goes, I shaved mine with an air saw and dremmel. The problem is, on the sides of the opening, when you cut the grill out, it leaves a funky zig zag design. I got sick of that and the grooves on the bottom and had a body shop paint the inside of the grill and make the sides solid instead of zig zagged and smooth the bottom.

Looks like the grill was never there.

looks good...but not what I had in mind. I meant a non-black car, and I almost posted that too...lol. Was curious about a lighter color car (LS, SS, or even DB) with only the center grilll and lip painted black.
