Wow your engine is nothing like mine, must be the Stillen that makes it look diff LOL.
You could always get some Python hose clamps from Zee Toyz and maybe colored hoses. Go to the hardware store and pick up some new strut bolts. I found some at my hardware store that were identical to factory bolts but shined up like polished aluminum. Wire loom?? It was easy to transform mine but you have a lot of non stock goodies under yoour hood.

I agree with polishing the S/C and the pulley. I had my Cosworth plenum by J&S Polishing in the Springs. Did an excellant job and rather inexpensive. Here is there info I posted some time back; https://my350z.com/forum/2003-2009-nissan-350z/337842-towing-the-z.html

def post pics man! I am thinking about going nuts with my car and replacing every bolt with a high polished one or chrome bolt caps.
