what did you have in mind? like draw pictures on your car or trace an outline?
wouldn't it just blow away when you drive? if it's sticky...then no way i'd put it on the car

i've powdercoated the inside of a computer case b4 about a 20% mixture of the powder + 80% black gives it a nice glow at night and the stuff never blows away with the fans.

Have no idea thought someone might have some ideas what to use the stuff for in cars since i really don't feel like powdercoating the rims that would look in the dark
