Default Front lip or tint??

Ok guys I am thinking about spending $300 on my Z but I can't decide if I want to do tint or front lip (intense power) first..

I was leaning toward front lip because I have just put in my splash guards... It already came with nismo (replica) spoiler ..so, putting front lip would put a nice touch (or finish the appearance) to my car...

On the other hand, my car is chrome silver .. and we all know how nice silver cars look with tint...thinking about gettting 20% all around... summer is around the corner so I think it'll be cooler inside with the tint...

So, what should I do? I need to know by MONDAY

some pics for u guys to decide... (btw, I haven't taken a new picture post rear splash guards install... been too busy ... )

i would go with tint.

personally, i think you should go with different wheels before doing aftermarket body stuff. just my opinion.

Tint, it brings the car out, and you won't feel like your sitting in a fish bowl.

I would love to but I just can't justify spending $1500 for a set of rims... If I can get a set w/tires less than $1000, maybe I would be interested... Also, I do like the 06+ oem rims ... I am watching ebay like a hawk to snag a set at a good price..

When anyone buys a car, the very first thing you should do is have tint installed. But it does look sorta odd without anything done to the front, only because you have the spoiler goin' on... Up to you.

But if it were me, I would take that front plate off... (remembering that some states you have to have it on.. so nevermind, sorry)

umm yeah, I'll get my a$$ handed to me by local cops if I take it off.. NJ is a "front plate must" state...

It's a very tough decision since I don't wanna do both (tint or lip) this year .. I wanna do One of those mods, and save money for the 06 oem rims or intake+ phlenum together

I would definetly go with tint 20% would look good all around. Keeps it visible enough to see well at night but dark enough to make the window look entirelyt black at certain angles. You ahve dark interior so it will be even better for you, I have white interior so 20% you can still see through a little. Heres mine at 20%

I would go and get a nice frontlip and some spacers, maybe also a loweringset.

You have a big wing on your car, you really need a Frontspoiler to get a nice, clean line!

I'd suggest the Elia front, I have it too >

Your car is very nice... white cars + tint = ... my previous silver car had 20% and it looked amazing... I didn't have any problem seeing at night.. so, if I do it, it'll be 20%...

YES!! that's 100% true!

now, the intense racing one gets to my doorstep for only $279 , painted and shipped... which falls right in my budget of $300.. how much is that Elia front lip? does it come painted? I don't have good paint shops here, so it has to be painted...

+1 on Elia front lip. Worth the money. Made out of high pressure Polyurethane.

It's high pressure polyurethane and comes unpainted, but you have a relly great quality!
Can't believe that there is no good paintshop!

I dont think tint costs $300 bucks. Tint the windows first, then the money that is left over save it for a front lip. IMO I'd rather have my windows tinted for the summer, then have a front lip and a farmers tan. ;-)

Front lip imo... Offsets the large size of the rear with that spoiler. Car doesn't look right without something to balance it out in the front.

having a lip with the stock 17" rims may look funny..

Tint. I can't believe you didn't do that first. It keeps the car's interior cooler, and takes most of that "fishbowl" feel and appearance away from peeping toms.

What do you need more, comfort+looks or looks alone? Answer that and decide.
