Wednesday, May 2nd, I call again to find out whats going on. "Our driver is out picking up the shipment." What is going on here!?

Finally, two weeks after my order date, on May 3rd I call the cancel my order. I'm told my refund will be paid back to me "in a few days." I've never heard that before when asking for a refund. Next day I called AGAIN trying to get my money back before the weekend, of course that didn't happen.

Monday I finally got Jim's cell number and talked with him. He sounded truly apologetic and said the other guys didn't tell him about the refund, and that he'd get it to me with in the hour. 90 minutes later I call to ask where the money is, and he didn't answer. Didn't answer yesterday when I called him either.

This is getting long and I apologize, but this has been a frustrating situation and I just want what's mine.

Jim, if you read this, I'd appreciate it if you'd refund my money. I've been more then patient with this situation. I definitely didn't want to have to go through Paypal, and didn't want to have to make a post about this, but if it's the only way to get your attention then I hope it works.

Wow.. I wanted a CF hatch/amuse hood from them.. But id rather have parents..

What do I do??? I got great service on two different orders from Jim. And nothing happened to my parents! (Oh, that's right-never mind) they passed away already. Too late Jim!, Guess I'll have to order something else now.
Too bad, I got great service and they're on my Z. Don't know what to do now???? Help.........
