In general:
I know it's "my loss", but imo I would not want to do business with a company/firm/practice that the owner/sale rep/whoever shows no professionalism toward their buyers.

If thats the way you look at it, I am sorry. There was 1 guy who had a complaint and he was refunded, the other few complaining are part of the anti-showstoppers peanut gallery who like to follow me around.

I have a good sense of humor and this situation was already resolved on the site the transacation took place. We do over $1,000,000 in sales a year, this is an isolated 4-5 orders. Alot of the guys joking in this forum are friends and customers. I'm a very easy guy to get along with and have a pretty relaxed look at life.
