. But in all seriousness that seat seems a bit overkill for a street car. I mean, any racing seat pretty much is from a "performance" standpoint, but at least they look good. This just seems a bit ridiculous.

+1, didn't realize the OP was in Cali till you mentioned. Given that you can get a ticket for breathing in the People's Republic of California, I would think these seats would be begging for trouble.
