Default passenger seat

hey people hope everything is good, well long story short my passenger seat is still not working i made a couple of searches and found that the people that have this problem is because of the switch, so i took it to an electrical mechanic and he told me that there might be something missing from my seat i took a pic, can somebdy help..

if wondering the missing part should be at my top right the plug

yes and they said "we dont know whats happening maybe the motor maybe the seat maybe the switch, you have to leave it for a week so we can check".

um.. replace switch, prob likely solved. just like me.

switch pricey. self replace. basic tools - no brainer.
