I'm proud that my Z is a Nissan and all but after having it for almost a year now one thing I would change is to remove the Nissan emblem on the front bumper. I think it would give the car a cleaner look and it would be easier to clean. Frankly, I'm tired of digging bugs out of the nissan badge. One rear badge is plenty IMHO.

Anyone know of a replacement bumper that doesn't have the indentation for the nissan emblem? Maybe a decent aftermarket grounding kit? Keep in mind that I don't want a radical rice looking change.

You could probably have it shaved pretty cheap.

 

You can have it shaved. It was not cheap to do because the hole is a bit deep. The fill likes to expand when it gets real hot. I had to have mine done twice due to cracking. But now it looks great. One of my fav mods =)

i think the Z emblem from courtesynissan is better than nothing.

 

I love my "Z" emblem but there is a lot to be said for the "BARE" look. I like it. Especially on the Super Black.

 

Woh. lotus, your ride looks super clean! I think im going to do the same when I get mine. How much does it cost? Did you have it repainted at the dealer...or?

Had a really good local shop do it. It cost around $450 to have it done. The dealer does crap body work would never let them paint my car.
