How much would it cost to swap a black interior to a frost interior on a 2004 Z Roadster?

Cool. I wouldn't swap the seats, I would just reupholster them. I would only need the Frost panels. I guess my best bet is to go to a body shop for an estimate.

 

I don't think a body shop is the answer.

I would check with a local nissan/infinity dealer and price check everything - it will probably be outrageous. Then I'd scour the internet looking for a wrecked Z with frost interior and buy it off them.

Frost was a relatively rare interior and it'll probably be somewhat hard to find for a decent price.

 

hmm what a shame. Is it really that expensive? I know the seat upholstery is around $700. Anyone got an estimate for what I can expect?

 

i bet if you look hard enough you can find someone to trade with you. I've seen a couple post about people trying to swap there frost for black.

I would be a little hesitent though cuz I'd be worried it would rattle like hell. good luck.

 

not only that but my center console and some of the door panels are scratched up. doubt anyone would want 'em.

If you want new parts, would cost your several hundred dollars. The door panels are like $450 each but that might be with all the attachments.

Another option is to find matching color you want of Duplicolor Vinyl and Fabric spray paint. Removing all the panels and painting them one by one might produce decent results
