Default painting shift ****

Did anyone ever try to paint your shift **** (the metal area)? Is it possible?

NO........that would fall under the rice column but it's your car do as you please.

It has gone from painting wheels to painting shiftknobs, sad.

I did it in my sebring before I switched *****...was only painted for like a week. Yes it is possible.

no not painting it funky colors. I just dont like the aluminum chrome look want it to paint it a nice black like the nismo ones

Why not just buy a nismo there is nothing wrong with the stock shift **** IMO.

Let me guess, you have black interior an the aluminum contracts too much for your liking? If that is the case and you match it close to the stock interior black then I don't think it would be rice. If you have the willow interior, I wouldn't

I like the shape of the trust **** better than the nismo one thats why I was considering painting it. Since it seems like it is possible, is there a special type of paint I should be lookin for?

Now you are confusing me where did the trust come in? Is it the trust one you want to paint or the stock one?

sorry for not making it clear. I would never paint the stock one. I like the trust **** and dont like the aluminum color and I was thinking of painting the Trust one black. Is that possible? and How would I go at doing that?

If you are gonna tamper with the Greddy one why not buy a cheap knockoff?

i painted my old razo shift **** gold. I was going to throw it away anyway so while i had some downtime i painted it gooollld.....didnt come out half bad.
