well this is what i am working on now... got the key in and the chip in and working. and now im just waiting for the mini buttons to come in and solder it to the remote part.






also on its way here... im also trying to get it to fit in the audi key tooo..

I hate 350Z key it look so NISSAN !!!!!

But ur new key look better but ....... it look like Mercedes Benz

Nice job kevincat. I'd still be happy with your first key.

Q: As for the Mazda key, you say you're waiting for the mini buttons to come in to solder it to the remote part. What does that mean (since it looks like all the buttons are there), and did you need to solder anything when you put together the first key?

Q: Does http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Parts...=p4506.c0.m245 have the Nissan logo on the fob?

Anyone else try and succeed at this mod?

got around to soldering the buttons today. it was a sucess. didnt really take pictures but i will take pictures tomorrow when i am working on another one for my brothers g35. distance isnt that great but im planning to put one of those micro cell phone antenna on there.

This actually looks like it may be the best solution since it can handle all 4 functions (lock, unlock, trunk, panic). Did it work? The ad says programming instructions included. How hard was that part - did you do it yourself or did you end up taking it to the stealership for cutting/programming?

the material used the key doesnt open completely the key el welded on the flipping mechanism

Hey where did you buy your from cause mine is pretty decently made. Its probably the same quality as our oem keyfob. The one that i have does not have the key welded onto the flipping mech. There is a pin that hold the key to the remote.

yea i got to open it and check whats in the way and it has the space to put the hamburger logo on the housing im thinking of putting it on do you know where i can get it or should i try to pry it of the key
