Default amber begone

hey everyone, hopefully this thread can become useful to everyone as a one-stop shopping point for getting rid of amber... I hate all the amber on my redline Z, and to go along with the red/black theme, I am trying to figure a way to smoke all of the clear and amber lenses. For the front sidemarkers I will be using Ares piece (or something similar) with the 3 LEDs, and will just be smoking the rear light as well...

my questions are:

1) how do I go about smoking the rear turn signals?

2) how do I get rid of the amber in the headlight housing? there is the amber strip and the bulb...

thanks

Do a search

Smoke tail lights were posted while back. People did it with some spray tint and clear coat. So, could be possible to do the same for the rear turn signals, BUT you have to remove the rear bumper just to get the lights out.

Headlight opening has been posted too.

give me a week or 2. in the near future Im going to unveil a whole lot of things that might work nice for you. smoked and/or white headlight strips are among them.

along with a slightly changed reflector design possibly.

lit Z side emblems(but I promise its not what your imagining nothing like these have been done before) there will most likely be a group buy on those in a short while.

there is also a possiblity down the road that I will offer the LED tail lights that Ive been working on, and it might be available with smoked(this would be smoked plastic, not a covering). this is much more iffy than the headlight peice at this point tho. this mainly depends on how the initial products sell.

I got a few tricks up my sleeve TBA.
