Default lol, vented hood adds hp!!!

Just bought a current issue of Import tuner. There's an interesting article about how vented hood helps your car make more hp, and they actually did a dyno test before and after the hood was install. So I just wanna share!!

I dont believe that it added power just made ever thing more efficient....cooler operating/intake temperature......... to make more power you have to do just that MAKE more power you have add or remove parts,

lol, just want to share something that I found. I just think it's interesting, that's all.

For me it is hard to believe, but the crews did "before and after" dyno. Seems like it doesn't make power directly, but it help cooling more efficient....therefore making more power.

But again each to his own

It is not that it gives you more power but due to vented hoods, the power is fairly stable because all the heat can disperse easily.

Maybe if the dyno test was 1hr long, yes it will bring some improvement.
