OEM HID (a bit dim?)
I'm wondering if the 03-05 owners have changed their oem hid bulbs to aftermarket 4300K bulbs to get a brighter light distribution on the pavement. I noticed that the oem bulbs are a little dim/poor for a xenon bulbs. My S2000 has a great light projection and I can see great.
Yeah I need to.... my 04 originals are horrible, many new cars with halogens have more light output on the road!!! I'm just too broke to spend $90 on new ones.
Does anyone know if D2S's will fit? I've got some laying around somewhere... I know it doesn't have the little shield on it like the D2R's so that could be a problem.

the only upgrade you will actually notice is a swap out for 06+ head light assemblies.

While the oem reflector hid's in 03-05 z's aren't that terrible, they are still definitely a little bit better thent he halogen housings. But still does not compare to projector hid's.
