if you could design your own bodykit.
what would you implement into it? what is "the perfect kit"?
seems like all these companies put out kits, they have an idea what we want, but has any one hit the nail on the head? I dont remember being asked what I would like.
so if you could design features of a kit, whatd it be?
big lip, small lip? change the shape of the opening, break the opening up? extend the bumper? how bought on the sides? back?
if you want you can pick a kit, and tell how youd like it changed to make it perfect.
lets here the ideas. ya never know, someone might be listenin.

I would love the Hasemi Sports Nismo JGTC front end with top secret side skirts and ings +1 N Spec low mount wing. I believe the current generation Hasemi Sports JGTC has widebody front fenders that flare beyond the doors. Hmmm...i should find a pic.

aight yours is better than mine. that is a nice lookin kit tho. not sure about the flaps on the side tho.
opening reminds me of a tetris block. but its different. in a good way.

Almost like that hasemi car but more of a street look.

i LOVE the veilside V2 kit minus the front bumper from head on ... the side view of the bumper is badass but something just doesnt work on the front end.... i may get the whole kit anyways...if we could get that front end changed a little that would be the top kit IMO
I know I am in the minority, but I would prefer a more conservative kit. (Ok, I am an old geezer)
I don't want a huge lip to lower clearance over dips. I don't want super-extreme looking anything.
What I _really_ want for my Z would be a replacement front bumper that looks similar to the stock one, but with more character. The stock one is a little bland. The Central20 front bumper is the closest thing to what I would want.
I like the Central 20 kit in general, except the protrusions on the rear piece are a little large.
I am to old to have a "race car" look on my car, but I would love to bump it up just 1/2 notch to differentiate it from the pure stock Zs.
Maybe just a front bumper, some wheels, and a modest spoiler.
Just my $.02

How about this one...it's the "Fabulous" kit for the Z.

Personally...if I had the money and time...I want my 350z to look like this.

wide body isnt feasable, cool but not feasible, think about it, first off tires wouldnt fill em, spacers that big would be aweful for performance. plus all the other stuff you gotta extend that you dont see, like wheel wells ect. cost to do it wouldnt justify it. plus, fitment would be hell; flush fit to the body? good luck.
but... how bout a replica of this?

not too "out there" very clean, but not plain, and definitly looks ready for business.

widebody kits are hot, but waay too much $$$...for me at least...my boy's car just came out of the shop (GT300 kit, Celica) and all together it cost about $10g's
...just for the kit+install, i can't even imagine what if would cost on this car
