I too have this same question. I traded a friend my cloth seats for his powered/heated seats. Is it possible to install them and have them powered?

yea the power is pretty simple to hook up...just tap into something under the seat that has power going throught it...i dont remember what i used but there are wires that run under the seats that are switched with the key...so my seats only work whet the key is turned a click...then just ground to something metal under the seat....when i bought my power seats from soemone i asked him to send me the clips for the wires to plug into andi just sodered them on ...but im sure u cabn make them work without the plugs....now the heaters i think would be much more complicated...they need relays and switches and stuff...u can find a wiring diagram to make them work. i had one but lost it and never hooked up the heaters...oh well

^- haha man... you lost the diagram?! I have yet to wire up the heat switches let alone find some of them first.

I didn't look around for any wiring underneath the seat, because there was one thread about someone being able to like dave@activetuning, he just tapped the power from the cigarette lighter and I did the same, with some 14 guage speaker wiring. (This is just for the power to the seats)

hmmm if anyone does find out how to get the seat heated let me know. there is a fuse for the heated seats already on my car under the hood in that fuse box.
