Default Extra Key

I had 2 Zs and sold one of them. I've found an old key and was wondering if I can somehow make it work with my current z. Can they disassemble the brain thingy and reattach to a new key?

Dealership can reprogram a key.

They'll need all your current keys there to reprogram them all.

I have a question similar to this. I bought a Z last week and was only given 1 key. They told me for another key and clicker it would be around $350. Is there a cheaper way to get another set?

$280 is alot better than the $340 he quoted me at. I guess I was wondering about buying the key and keyfob for $40 from a website and then getting it programmed at the dealership. Has anyone gone that route?

The price list I gave is all from the dealership.

As for buying them and then going to the dealership, check the prices here:

How much did they charge you for the cutting?

You might want to call around to other stealerships. I called around and found one that had service writers that didn't charge to reprogram...
