Extra Key
I had 2 Zs and sold one of them. I've found an old key and was wondering if I can somehow make it work with my current z. Can they disassemble the brain thingy and reattach to a new key?
I have a question similar to this. I bought a Z last week and was only given 1 key. They told me for another key and clicker it would be around $350. Is there a cheaper way to get another set?

$280 is alot better than the $340 he quoted me at. I guess I was wondering about buying the key and keyfob for $40 from a website and then getting it programmed at the dealership. Has anyone gone that route?
The price list I gave is all from the dealership.
As for buying them and then going to the dealership, check the prices here:

You can program the keyfob at home. I bought one on eBay for $10 (shipping included) and it came with programming instructions. Apparently the key itself must be programmed at the dealers. Blank keys are $25 on eBay (incl shipping). Then you would have to have it cut and programmed.
