Does anyone have any tint shop recommendations in the LA area? Are there any specific things I should be worried about before getting tint done?

Also, i'm thinking about getting 35% done all the way around - which I know is illegal for California. Anyone have any problems with getting pulled over?

In the meantime, I'm riding around in a Mitsubishi Galant rental they gave me for the next 5 days while they fix my car.....

Go to a place called Blackout Tinting in Northridge. Ask for Mike. He is on the corner of Parthenia and Reseda. He did my Z not too long ago and has done all of my other cars. Clean Job all around.

 

does he have a machine that cuts the tint to your car...

or does he put it on the window and cut it by hand?

my last car was tinted by a machine that cut it out for my car.. and it was beautiful

there's one in Long Beach. Close to Long Beach airport. I always do it there. The price is very resonable.
