No "pop trunk" button in Z?

i see his point, usually cars have a hatch release button inside the cabin

maybe you can find a button from the another nissan and place it in an empty slot

thats what i was thinking...just wire it from the trunk all the way to the dash or find somewhere within the dash to do so...l

I dont mind it being on the outside...but for my passenger i have to get out to do it for them and that gets annoying

im pretty sure he meant if there was one inside the car.

There isnt one inside the car unless you count that retarted emergency on under the rear bar. None of my new passengers can ever find the button above the license plate cause its so flush.

One of my few gripes about the Z...

It is a security feature. If someone breaks into your Z they can't get into the trunk.

Where is the button under which rear bar? A bodyshop lost my clicker and I havent been able to get back into my trunk since.
