Question dead pedal replacement?

Can someone give me some insight on replacing the deal pedal on the Base? I've got the aluminum deal pedal from courtesyparts.com, but I can't figure out how to remove the original one.

I just ordered the aluminum set myself. From what I have read, you just unscrew the two large plastic screws at the bottom & top of the face of the dead pedal and then pull. There are two metal pins underneath coming up from the floor. Just push the new pedal onto the pins, there are retainer clips underneath the new pedal.

yep, for the aluminum, unscrew the 5 screw to access the 2 plasic screw underneath. the unscrew the 2 screws, keep in mind that they don't come out, the pedal should come off the bolts that are connected to the body.
to put it back on, just push the whole thing down, make sure the plastic screws are position right (they're at an angle) and flush to the pedal

Thanks for the feedback.
As it turns out, it was really simple. I just had to tug a little harder on the dead pedal to pull it off the pins once the large screws were loosened. The aluminum pedal went on without a problem. I really like the look.
