Default 07+ reflector question

Is it possible to switch out the stock front reflectors without taking off the bumper?

My hands and brain. I'm not trying to be a smart *** but the res was barely in the way. Get your hands in there and do work son! Tools are listed in my write up.

CLIFF NOTES

Lift car, drop skid plate, pull the side plastic splash gaurds back to get your hand in there with a screw driver, remove then install. Put the skid plate back on and drop car. (You will be on your back and semi-under the car for this so use safety jacks!)

i accomplished it on my 07. i just took out the inside wheel wells and used a small phillips screwdriver but the passenger side was a pain because of the washer fluid but after awhile i was able to get behind it without having to take anything off. i did use his thread though and it helped me
