Default What bar is that?

I wanted to know where I can get that bar that connects in the inside of the car that connects from the upper seat belt bolts and lays behind the seats on top of the rear speakers. I can never find which bar that is. I see it in a few pictures. Anyone can help me out here?

That looks like the one im talking about but that one sits kind of high. The one I saw sat right on the rear speaker panel behind the seats almost. Do these serve any purpose on stiffening up the chassis?

The main purpose of a harness bar is to safely have a place for harnesses to be placed. Although, the harness bar may add extra rigidity to the chassis, I do not believe it is enough to justify investing money solely for that purpose.

If you are looking to stiffen up the chassis, you are better off looking in to roll bars, roll cages, sway bars, etc.

do you know what a harness is? if so that is what the harness bar is for. plus the heightin that link is prefect for the intended use and what you will find with other bars as well (sparco, BCR, etc).

Search the words I suggested: roll bar, roll cage

"Search this forum" function is located on right side.

The bar that you are describing is called, "Floor support bar." The only company that makes this bar is by Sunline Racing. Unfortunately, they discontinued it. You can go onto their website "www.sunlineracing.co.jp" to get more info about it.
