Looks just the same as a Z with it in. I'm not a huge fan of it on either car, but it looks fine on your RX-8.

remove the mazda badge. The area the duct is in is just too small to be having more than one thing going on, hence why it looks funny. Remove the badge and have just the duct and it SHOULD look better.

Im not a fan of air ducts whether it's on the Z or 8. However it does look better on the Z because of it's wider front end. It kinda looks like a mole on the 8. Not bad tho, im sure it looks better in person

http://bumperplugs.com/BPindex.html

They have plugs for the holes in the bumper, not the best thing but better than a big hole.

I think it looks just as bad on the 8 as it does on the Z...I hate that **** on either car. but I prefer clean lines to holes.

^^^me too

and someone above me said he likes it for "performance" reasons. haha

it would have to give me 50hp to put a out of place hole in my bumper. and id be willing to bet my life it dont do much.

Yea, well some people like it for looks, which is why I did it. I like the way it looks and I wanted to get cooler air into my engine bay during the summer months. We all have our own reasons for the things we do I guess

If you like it... that's all it matter.

agreed with the "if you like it, that's all that matters" mentality.

it's ok to hear other opinions though : )
