350z Gauge cluster
im looking to see how to take off the main gauge cluster on my car. Cause my car is from the states that has MPH instead of KM/HR,and the fact that I live in canada. Having KM/HR is a big deal to me. Ive looked up the owners manual and other sites for this car and no one has to have the specific amount of info to do it. If any member can show me pictures and the procesier how to take it off please write on this fourm.

Main Gauge Pod – Lift the steering wheel as high as possible, you will find 4 screws under the column (one screw will be under the lever), take them out. Remove the key hole trim ring. Take a small flat head screw driver (wrap it in tape to protect your plastic pieces if you wish) and pry open the bottom half of the steering wheel column from both sides, the piece should pop off with some work. Move that piece out of the way and there will be 4 bolts that need to be removed (these bolts hold the main gauge cluster in). The two rear bolts should be facing straight down, while the front two bolts will be roughly at a 45 degree angle. Remove the bolts, lift up the gauge cluster, and unplug the wire harness.
AC Controls – Lift up the lower console panel ring by placing your hands under the piece through the shifter boot and pop the lower console off. Unplug the wire harness and unscrew any screws that are holding down the AC controller unit.
Triple Gauge Pod – This will pick up from the AC control removal above. Remove the two Phillips screws at each bottom corner of the radio. Open the center cubby and remove the mat inside, this will expose a few screws, remove them. In the cubby, remove the bezel cover and remove two more screws deep in the pocket with a long Phillips screwdriver (I would advise a magnetic version to avoid losing the screws). Find a few more screws under the AC control and remove them as well. Now gently pull on the lower part of the center console a little, it will pop out, do not try to remove it at this time (if the center console is not budging, re-check for any left over screws that may have been forgotten). With the lower portion of the center console loose and SUPPORTED, grasp the top of the center console near the windshield and gently pull the console toward you. Unplug the wire harness to the triple gauge pod; unscrew the screws holding the triple gauge pod to the center console.
