Default You Think JDM BLINGS [ played out ]

Do you think JDM blings/ accessories are played out?

such as: carbon fiber over-done, young leaf, plush toys on rear bumper, jdm decals/stickers, jdm engine blings, exterior, interior... fake custom japan license plates and so on...

short answer, yes. If it doesn't make your car faster or easier to drive, leave it off...

Carbon fiber I think will always be in style since a few car manufactures use it through out interiors, bumpers, hoods....

dislike all of it, including CF, I think it's a huge fad and it's applied incorrectly the majority of the time.

at least CF has a purpose, though.

Naw I doubt it.
It's still kind of low key enough where enthusiasts of that sub-sub-culture can still identify with each other. It's not like the super contagious fad of modding that took off like wildfire after the very first Fast and Furious movie.

CF will always be around as another aerospace product that trickeled down to the automotive industry. It is becoming more common place so the whole trend of "showing it off" or adding parts for the simple fact that it's a CF weave will eventually fade away.

I think this post needs to be updated to remove CF as carbon fiber came onto the scene through actual pro race cars and came from NASA prior to that. Ricers did not start the CF fad and if you look at there cars most of them cover there CF hood with retarded riced out anime graffix and have no respect for the all mighty Carbon Twill Weave.

The quality of Carbon Fiber used by Pro Race cars and the quality of carbon fiber used by the majority of people out there are not the same thing. So by definition it is rice (race inspired car enhancements).

Are we talking about the quality of race cars versus your car? NO! We are talking about JDM Bling and CF is not JDM. I nor anyone cares wtf your definition of RICE is as it is referanced to JDM bling in this thread.

Just like @$$ hole can be the hole for your @$$ but it can also describe how you are reflected in your posts towards me.

Please uderstand the topic then remove the LOG from your @$$ so we can type shiz about JDM bling.

I'm not sure what fascination you have with my "a$$" but I'd rather you keep that to yourself as I am not really interested in hearing about that. Lest you have already forgotten your the one who even initially mentioned carbon fiber and rice within the same post. To think your actually even bringing up the carbon fiber parts used on race cars in this thread is funny.

This isn't the first time you've posted something utterly farce and I am pretty sure it will not be the last.

i like cf because its pleasing to the eye. i could careless if its less functional than your high race inspired dry carbon fiber. all i know is that it doesnt weigh any more than your standard fiber glass or poly urethane so why would it be rice? its not like its weighing your car down any more than either one of those two other types of material. im against all things that arent "clean" including stickers, decals and fake stuff. as for engine bling, i have zero problems against that. why not have a nice looking engine bay you can be proud to show.
