Good news, I just got off the phone with the manager and he advised that everything will be done and out to me before Friday. I hope this will be the end of my trip.
funny that it took this for them to actually get back to you...you should still put thier name out there because that is terrible business....basically if you didnt make this thread they would have kept dicking you around
it's almost a guarantee it will not be shipped on Friday.

b- shipper forgot to pick up package

d- shipper was late in picking up package

or worse, he will say it was shipped and not provide a tracking number...that should give them a couple of more weeks to d!ck around.

Amen, i was told many times that it wouls ship out by my vendor, or it was shipped out, but never received any verification. I would only believe that your item was shipped when the vendor provide u with a confirmation number. Otherwise, everything else is all talk.....

Yea, I know atm it is just wishfull thinking and that I should not hold my breath but I am tring to reamin positive about this and hope everything is taken care of soon.
Definitely sucks when shops do this.
I bought a Greddy twins kit last year that a shop supposedly had in stock, then they didn't, then they said they never even ordered it and couldn't find my invoice. Then after all of that they wouldn't give me a refund. Took nearly 4 months until I called my bank, they filed a claim and I had my money back the same day.
You should do the same, get your money back and quit waiting for them and buy it from someone else, as it is your money.

Don't call them. Its the vendor's job to inform you of any changes or what not. I highly doubt that the vendor has anything for you, which, i am quite sure. Even if you cal them, they will give you a run around again to buy more time, and that's only if you're able to get a hold of them. Just call your CC and file a claim or charge back. Trust me on this, because this sounds way too familiar to me..

how about now that they have screwed you and lied to you again you list the name? seems like they walked all over you cuz they knew you wouldnt actually call them out (with a name)
