You make it sound so simple, I'd love to find a carrier who is better then TNT. In the 10 years we have been open we have used every carrier under the sun. Of the carriers who are actually willing to ship carbon fiber, TNT is by far the best. Most companies won't insure the packages and some refuse to even pick it up.

 

Usually members who have serious problem like yours with vendors don't get flamed. I didn't get flamed when making my thread about cincity messing up my lights and refusing to fix them.

After calling the shop so many times the associate admitted to me that Chuck ignores his messages and that I should just try his cell number.

I have to agree that the shippers (package handlers) like to drop kick or stomp large fiberglass/CF items like this just to make our lives hell, I went through the same thing but it all worked out. GL to both Op and Vendor!
