Why not Lexan??

Why not Lexan??
I am confused to why there are no lexan body kits. If i am correct that our front bumper is lexan(pretty soild) then why not body kits? It seems all to often that we are reading bout some guy cracking his kit, i am just curious. If no logical reason is presented then I think i might hit the bank next week and start my own body/aero kit company. ThX

lexan is really soft compare to acrylic and like butter compare to fiberglass. And unlike ABS
plastic, it'll crack with minimum stress. I'm pretty sure that the Z's bumper is ABS plastic, only seems solid due to the way it's attached to the body.
