Default LED Tail Lights - problems??

I've been told that using some brands of aftermarket LED tail lights can cause problems, can anybody describe the problems or know anything about this?

You mean electrical problems? Probably not. My guess is that some aftermarket lights are built rather cheaply, causing them to crack, leak, etc. And of course, some are just fugly.

Vehicles can experience electrical problems due to aftermarket LED taillights.

The Z is one of these.

LOL

i searched for a good 30 min. I hate the search options on this site. I did finally find those threads before your reply though.

I guess some people are still in the dark as to this issue.

It doesn't matter if the LED tail lights are cheap...Even if they are expensive ones. OEM must have a resistor as part of light to keep it from causing the same voltage change.

I've seen this stuff, but I'm not sure I agree with the explanation. There certainly was something going on there, but I also noticed the resistance value was never posted...

The use of the word "fread" really takes away from your sarcastic badassness.
