Waxed the coupe
Got around to waxing today. I did the Seafoaming treatment through the brake booster line because I heard nothing but good reviews, it seemed to help a bit. The car drives great.. but either the clutch is going out or I'm still not used to driving it (1st long-term stick car). Fun car either way, I'm loving it.. it's nice expecting people to turn their heads when you drive by.
Is there a certain way to tell if the clutch is going out for sure? I do have a 2 year / 24,000mi extended warranty but I understand that the clutch is not covered under the factory warranty... Also I have that grinding 3rd gear which I understand was covered? anyone have any clue?

Your transmission should be replaced if you're grinding always into 3rd. You've got a bad syncro.
If when you accelerate greatly (or @ wide open throttle), but the engine revs up... and you go nowhere - then your clutch is bad. It's called slippage. Engine says go, clutch says no.

ditto on 3rd gear grinding, it seems like it does it when its cold and going from 2nd into 3rd before 2000rpm, I was told by a stealership its not covered in factory warranty and Im asking again in this thread. Another thread said it was.
