Old thread but I searched this thread because during track days you have to run with the windows open....rain or shine. Most people say that in most cars once you get up to speed the rain doesn't come in the window so bad. Not so in the Z. Even close to 100 mph it pours in at the angle of the window....not spray in....or rain in...it pours like a waterfall...pretty much right in your lap.

I don't mind driving in the rain at the track. I don't even mind the interior getting wet. But the waterfall right in the lap and on your left lug really sucks.

So for me, I'd buy anything that would help. Don't care what it looks like.
