I am not a fan of toy-ota and in this case the supra looks like just that, a toy car.

Money doesn't buy good taste. I <3 Supras and 350z's, I've owned both, but both of your cars are way overdone.

 

What trans do you have that can support 200MPH?
What RPM would you be registering at or near that speed??

 

A stock 6 speed tranny can do 200mph+, especially as high as the big power guys rev.

 

Supra hands down. Look at those beefy *** tires. What are the wheel/tire specs of both vehicles? Supra meat in the rear makes the z look bad.

Interesting. I did not think the stock trans could handle that level of stress.

In a year or two, I have it planned to buy a used 350/370 Z with a 6 speed.
Redo the engine, trans possible and convert it to a TT. Two things I am
researching is the trans and rear end, I am looking for the car to be 180MPH or perhaps a 200MPH. The car would then be shipped to Europe for a 2 month
long vacation trip across the EU. We had hoped to do this with the 300ZX TT we had but reliability of a 16 year old car at those speeds was too great of a risk factor so we abandoned the prospect and liquidated that vehicle.
