i just got white LED bulbs to repalce those yellowish parking lights. just wondering if anyone knows the easiest way of getting to them?

If you are referring to your parking "lights". you only need to remove the plastic inner fender well lining. The lights are then simple to replace.

Yep, very easy. After you've done it a time or two and know your way around there, you could probably even get away with just undoing a few of the screws/clips of the fender liner and reaching your arm in there.
