Hey everyone, I know that threads have been started many times regarding the paint to match the brembo calipers and it has been concluded that the honda inca pearl is the closest match. Anyways to make this short I used the inca pearl and was unhappy with the match. I ended up using a 50/50 mix of nissan orange mist and the honda inca pearl and it is perfect, the only way you can tell the difference is that you can still see the edge marks where the chips were.

Anyways I hope this helps anyone out there looking for a closer paint match than the inca pearl, just thought I would share my experience since I have gained so much excellent info from this forum.

 

Thanks for the tip, never have had to use my touch up paint I got with my Brembos but if it doesn't match I'll try that out, do you have the acutal paint code for the Nissan color?

 

sorry I dont have the nissan paint code but the can states the color as nissan orange mist

Damn...I could have used this when I first got my Brembos for a swap before I installed it...I have all this extra honda inca pearl...it's close, but not close enough...

I think all the honda people know what's up when a nissan 350z drives up to the dealership and asks for Honda paint...

i would have said forget it and just got them powdercoated red or black (look better than gold anyday)
