the "roof diffuser thing" you're looking for is called a "vortex generator" and wasn't on the STi, but the Evo. just Google vortex generators and you can find them. other than being for looks, they are worthless.

they aren't super expensive, but they generally don't work on any other car than the Evo MR and that was because it was wind tunnel tested with them. people like the looks, which is fine, but they offer no performance value.
