Default Replace the female plugs on the taillights.

Hello Blastoff99,

I had just changed out my stock taillights for the JDM taillights.

I was informed by the Nissan parts fellow that it was plug and play.

I had not read this thread at the time and thought out a solution.

At first, I was thinking of using the dremel tool and grinding it down.

I did not want moisture to enter through the gaps.

I took the old female plugs off the stock light and changed out the JDM light.

See pictures.

Push with small screwdriver into the small square on the metal frame to release plug. It is snug so take your time.

The plug slides out.

Last picture: Unscrew cap and then unplug the white female connection.

Repeat procedure on your JDM taillights, switch plugs and reverse order to install.

I hope this helps,
Lboy06.
